INSTRUCTIONS
GLAZE FOR HAM BALLS
Mix ground ham, ground pork, oats and milk. Form into balls. Place in
shallow pan. Bake 1 hour at 300~. Drain off fat.
While ham balls are baking prepare the glaze: Mix brown sugar, dry mustard,
orange or pineapple juice, flour and syrup in saucepan and cook until
slightly thickened. Pour over ham balls and bake an addition 15 minutes.
NOTES : Made for dinner. Served over rice with a vegetable and garden
salad. Also used as appetizer. Made in oven and then put all in crockpot to
keep warm.
