INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Place leg of ham in oven for
between 30 minutes to 1 hour (until skin torn off/peels away - you may
need to help lift the skin with a knife) Cut ham into a diamond shape
pattern, cover lightly with 1/2 cup of brown sugar...and place a clove
in each diamond (optional). Place ham back in the oven for another 15
- 25 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a marinade for the ham. Place
marmalade and brown sugar in a saucepan, heat until mixture froths.
Once ham is cooked, pour over the top and serve. Recipe courtesy John
