INGREDIENTS

2/3 c Fresh, soft cream cheese; or log-style goat cheese
3/4 c Rich vegetable stock, heated
1 tb Minced fresh chives
1 tb Minced fresh basil
2 ts Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Minced garlic
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients but salt and pepper
until smooth. The sauce should be pourable and not too thick; add more as~
necessary. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Warm the sauce slightly
before serving.
