Jar (15.75-oz) spaghetti sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix tomatoes, bread crumbs, eggs, salt & pepper with meat. Pat out in a
rectangle shape. Arrange 4 slices of ham on meat, leaving a 1-inch margin
on edges. Arrange 4 slices cheese over ham. Roll up in a jellyroll fashion.
Place seam side down in casserole. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 20 minutes or
until done. Drain off grease. Put rest of cheese on top & pour spaghetti
sauce over meatloaf. Bake until cheese melts.
