Sour cream or yogurt |

Egg white beaten stiff |

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip fillets into seasoned bread crumbs if
desired. Place in shallow baking dish; set aside. Combine mayonnaise with
lemon juice. Add sour cream and blend well. Gently fold in beaten egg
white. Sprinkle fish with chopped onion. Spoon mayonnaise mixture over top.
Sprinkle with almonds and paprika. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until fish is
opaque and flakes easily.
