Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" cs. |

Butter or margarine, melted |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the first four ingredients. Dip chicken in butter; roll in crumb
mixture. Place in a single layer on an ungreased 15x10x1" baking pan. Bake
at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear. Yield: about 4
dozen.
