INGREDIENTS

1/4 lb Mushrooms; sliced
2 tb Butter
2 tb Flour
1 c Chicken bouillon
1 ts Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Slivered almonds; optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute' the mushrooms in the butter for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and
mix well. Add the bouillon and cook, stirring, until thickened. Stir in the
lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Add a few almonds if desired.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
NOTES : Perfect for serving over hamburgers or meat loaf. Recipe by:
