INSTRUCTIONS
Pare potatoes, cut into quarters. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in
a bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in bag,
coating potatoes with the mixture. Melt margarine in a 13X9-inch pan. Place
potatoes in a single layer in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes,
turning once during baking (or until golden brown). Makes 6 servings.
