Name: Golden Potato Casserole
Ingredients: 6 md Russet potatoes; 1/4 c Butter, melted; 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese; 2 c Sour cream; 1/3 c Chopped green onions; 1 ts Salt; 1/4 ts Pepper

INGREDIENTS

6	md	Russet potatoes
1/4	c	Butter, melted
2	c	Shredded cheddar cheese
2	c	Sour cream
1/3	c	Chopped green onions

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil potatoes with the skins on. Peel and shred when done. Combine all
ingredients in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350&deg;f for 30 minutes.
