INGREDIENTS

4 Salmon Steaks; about 1 1/2 in. thic
1 tb Onion; grated
2 tb Lemon Juice
4 tb Butter; melted
1 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1/4 ts Thyme
Paprika
Parsley
1 Lemon; cut in wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

Place steaks on greased grill.  Combine onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper
and thyme, with butter.  Baste steaks with one-half of the butter mixture.
Cook about 6-8 minutes per side or until steaks flake easily with a fork.
Garnish with paprika and parsley, add lemon wedges.
Serves 4.
