INSTRUCTIONS
Heat waffle iron. In 1 quart measuring cup or small bowl, whisk yolks
with butter and water. In medium bowl, beat whites until stiff but
not dry. Put Griddle Mix in 2 quart cup or large bowl and stir in
yolk mixture until just blended; do not overmix. Gently fold into
whites. Pour enough batter into center of iron to cover 2/3 of
surface. Close and bake until waffles stop steaming, 5 minutes. Serve
immediately with maple syrup or Heavenly Lemon Marmalade or with
strawberries and whipped cream for dessert.
