INGREDIENTS
| Yellow or lemon cake mix | ||
| 1 | Stick oleo | |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 | c | Coconut |
| 1 | c | Ch. nuts |
| 1 | pk | (8 oz) cream cheese |
| 1 | pk | Powdered sugar |
| 1/2 | c | Instant carnation milk |
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt oleo & mix with 1 egg & cake mix. Pat unto a greased pan. Sprinkle with coconut & nuts. Beat remaining 2 eggs, cream cheese, powdered sugar & Carnation milk together.
