INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Heavy or whipping cream
3 Generous grates nutmeg OR 1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
6 oz Aged gorgonzola cheese Crumbled
Salt
1 ts Fresh thyme OR 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
White pepper
Hot cooked pasta

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir together cream, cheese, thyme, and nutmeg in a large skillet. Cook
gently over medium heat until mixture reduces by one-fourth. Add salt and
pepper to taste. Toss with pasta to coat well. Serve with extra nutmeg, if
desired.
Yield: 2 servings
