Mild Gorgonzola Cheese; crumbled |

Whipping Cream; warmed |
INSTRUCTIONS
Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a pinch of pepper and blend
until creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and heated cream.
Keep warm.
NOTES : Serve with warm gnocchi.
