INGREDIENTS

1 lb Assorted mushrooms
1 pk Fettucini florentine
3 tb Extra virgin olive oil
3 Cloves garlic
1/2 c Pine nuts
1 pk (3 oz.) sun dried tomatoes, softened and minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook fettucini according to package directions. Meanwhile in medium
saucepan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients 2-3 minutes. Remove from
heat; toss with hot cooked fettucini.
