INGREDIENTS

1 pk EDEN Spaghetti (Parsley Garlic)
14 1/2 oz Can EDEN Diced Tomatoes drained
1 sm Jar artichoke hearts, diced
1 sm Jar capers
1 bn Green onions; chopped
2 tb EDEN Olive Oil
3 tb EDEN Mustard
1/4 c Water
1/4 ts Cayenne (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
Break spaghetti into pieces, cook as package directs, set aside. Combine
remaining ingredients, mix with spaghetti and serve.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 6-8 servings
