2/3 c Water; Tepid
2/3 c Milk; Tepid*
1/4 c Honey; Tepid
1 1/3 ts Butter; * See Note
1 tb Salt
1 1/3 c Graham Flour
2 2/3 c Bread Flour
2 ts Yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

This is my absolute favorite bread.
*to make pareve, use margarine and soy or rice milk instead of the butter
and milk - just as good
Add ingredients to the machine according the manufacturer's preference. Set
on dark. This is for the 2 lb loaf.
