INSTRUCTIONS
Sorry, it took so long to reply. I do have a recipe. From Pasquale
Bruno, Jr. "Italian Light and Easy" Simple syrup: Put the water in a
saucepan and add the sugar. Bring the liquid to a boil, lower the
heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring until the sugar
has dissolved. Refrigerate until well chilled. In a bowl, combine the
sugar syrup, lemon zest and lemon juice. Pour the granite into metal
ice cube trays or a shallow metal pan and place in the freezer. Stir
the granite every 30 minutes for about 90 minutes. Makes about 1
