INSTRUCTIONS
1. Beat eggs in a large bowl until frothy.
2. Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Stir into
eggs until blended. Add butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Fold in
oats, apples and chocolate chips. Spoon filling into pie shell.
3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven until pie is set, about 1 hour and
10 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
