INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Combine oil, honey, and vanilla in a
saucepan and warm. Add these to the dry ingredients and stir until all
particles are coated (hand mixing works well).
Spread the mixture in a greased cookie sheet (the kind with the sides - a
jelly roll pan).
Bake at either 250 for 1 hour or 350 for 1/2 hour. Turn with a spatula from
time to time.
After toasting, add dried fruits. Cool and store in an airtight container.
