INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs in medium sized bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix well with
spoon. Batter will be thick. Let mixture stand 15 minutes. Pour mixture
into well-oiled 9" square pan. Press mixture into pan and smooth top. Bake
at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned and firm. Remove
from oven and cut into 1X2" bars while still hot. Remove from pan by
loosening edges gently with spatula. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
(These don't last long here. I like to have 1 or 2 for breakfast.)
