INGREDIENTS

3 1/2 c Rolled oats
2/3 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Whole wheat flour
3/4 c Soft butter or margarine
1 ts Vanilla
Sunflower seeds
Sesame seed
Nuts
Coconut
Raisins
Etc

INSTRUCTIONS

OPTIONAL
Mix all ingredients well. Press into a well buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake
30 minutes at 325 degrees until brown. Cool 10 minutes; cut into squares
and leave in pan until completely cool.
