INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix flour, soda and salt together. 2. Add bran, granola, milk, molasses
and egg. 3. Stir until just mixed. Do not beat or overstir. 4. Add nuts and
raisins. 5. Fill custard cups or microwave muffin pans only 1/2 full and
make a dent in each one. 6. Fill with 1 tbs apricot jam or orange
marmalade.Shake sugar and cinnamon over top, if desired. Let stand 10-15
minutes. 7. Cook in microwave oven 4-6 minutes at FULL POWER. Makes 12
muffins. Microwave time: 4-6 minutes Conventional range time: 30-40 minutes
