75 grams ful fat cream cheese; (3oz) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Cream together the butter and sugar then gradually beat in the egg.
Stir in the crunchy oat cereal, flour and grapefruit then spoon the mixture
into a lightly greased and base lined, shallow tin, approximately 15cm (6
inches) square.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and firm to the
touch.
Cut into 12 squares and cool on a wire rack.
Blend together the cream cheese and icing sugar and spread on top of the
cooled squares.
Just before serving, decorate with pieces of grapefruit.
