Grapefruit In A Simple Rosemary Syrup

INGREDIENTS

1		Pink grapefruit, cut into
		supremes
1		White grapefruit, cut into
		supremes
1	c	Grapefruit juice
3	T	Sugar
1	T	Rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine grapefruit juice, sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan.
Simmer the mixture until reduced by one third. Place the supremed
grapefruits in 4 small bowls, drizzle with the syrup.  Converted by
