INSTRUCTIONS
Shake over ice in a cocktail shaker, and strain into a chilled cocktail
glass. (Optional: garnish with fresh-grated chocolate, by sprinkling a
small mound in the center or wetting the rim of the glass BEFORE putting
the drink in it and inverting the glass in finely grated chocolate to coat
the rim) (For a less sweet variation: substitute Stoli Kafya vodka for the
white creme de menthe -- this one's appropriately called a FLYING
