INGREDIENTS

1 Box white cake mix
6 tb Creme de menthe Liqueur, div
11 oz Hot fudge sauce*
8 oz Frozen whipped topping, thaw

INSTRUCTIONS

*(the kind for ice cream sundaes) Prepare cake mix according to directions,
adding four tb creme de menthe. This adds a light mint flavor & a lovely
color.  Bake the cake in a 9 x 13 sheet cake pan as directed on the box &
cool.  When cake is cool, spread top with fudge sauce. Fold in remaining
two tb of the liqueru into whipped topping & froxt over fudge sauce.
Refigerate until ready to serve.
You     P>: can also use other liqueurs such as Amaretto or creme de
