INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water. Cool. Add creme
de menthe. Jell slightly. Whip egg white. In large bowl whip jello mixture
until fluffy and thick, about double in volume and add egg white. Fold in
prepared Dream Whip. Chill in refrigerator about 3 3/4 hours. When ready to
serve top with strawberries. Serves 8.
