INSTRUCTIONS
Rub chicken breast halves evenly with Greek seasoning. Cook chicken in oil
in a skillet over medium-high heat, turning once, 10-15 minutes or until
browned. Drain on paper towels. Slice chicken, and serve in pita pockets
with Garlic-Cucumber Sauce, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomato.
