2 lb New potatoes; cooked
1/2 c Sliced Greek olives
3 Cloves fresh garlic; minced
2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Red wine vinegar
2 tb Minced fresh oregano
2 tb Minced fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
