Grains, Eggs Italian Salad 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Italian dry salami; cut into strips
1 cn (16-oz) green beans
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/4 ts Dry mustard
2 tb Salad oil
1 1/2 tb Tarragon or cider vinegar
1/2 c Sliced celery
1/4 c Sliced radishes
2 Green onions; sliced
1 Hard boiled egg; chopped or sliced (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain beans & mix well with garlic salt, dry mustard, salad oil, vinegar &
salami. Cover & refrigerate to allow to marinate overnight. Just prior to
serving, add celery, radishes, onions & egg. The egg is optional.
