INGREDIENTS

4 md Potatoes; peeled and cut into
; 1/2-inch cubes
1 1/2 c Green beans; cut in 1/2 inch
; pieces
Basic Curry Mix for Four
3 tb Vegetable oil or ghee
3 tb Yogurt; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large pot with steamer, steam potatoes for about five minutes. Add
beans and steam for about 10 minutes more, until potatoes and beans are
very tender 2. Brown spices in vegetable oil or ghee, following
instructions In Basic Curry Mix. Add to steamed vegetables just before
serving, along with yogurt, if desired. Toss well.
