Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Blanch the beans in boiling water until just tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain and chill immediately.
Mix the remaining ingredients and let stand 1 hour.
Immediately before serving, toss the beans in the dressing and remove the
