INSTRUCTIONS
Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and flour; cook over low heat
until bubbling. Remove from heat; blend in salt, pepper, onion and
sour cream. Combine with green beans. Place in a well-greased 2-quart
casserole. Mix together grated cheese, bread crumbs and remaining
melted butter, sprinkle over green beans. Bake at 350øF for 25 to 30
