INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Chopped onion
2 tb Butter
2 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Sour cream
2 pk Frozen French-style green beans; cooked & drained
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese; grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion in butter. Blend in flour, salt & pepper. Add sour cream,
stirring constantly, & cook until smooth & thickened. Add cooked beans &
pour into a shallow baking dish. Top with cheese & bake at 350 for 15-20
minutes.
