INGREDIENTS

2 Frozen green beans
defrosted
2 Cloves garlic, finely minced
2 T Butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 c Fresh bread crumbs
1 T Parsley, chopped
1/4 t Thyme
2 T Butter
2 T Lemon juice
1/3 c Parmesan cheese, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet, saute first 4 ingredients together until green
beans are tender. Transfer mixture to a pretty porcelain baker.
Combine the remaining ingredients and toss and stir until nicely
mixed. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the green beans and bake in a
350 oven until piping hot and top is lightly browned, about 20
minutes.  NOTES : Must use fresh bread crumbs for this recipe.  Recipe
