INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter, blend in flour. Stir in milk. Cook until sauce boils and is
thickened, stirring frequently. Add salt, dill weed and cheese; stir over
low heat until cheese melts. Add beans, rice and parsley. Turn into baking
