INGREDIENTS

1 sm Onion chopped
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tb Oil
8 New Mexican green chiles, roasted, peeled and seeded
6 Tomatillos
1/2 c Chicken stock
1 ds Cumin
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onions until translucent. Add garlic. Stir one minute. If tomatillos
are canned, put them in a blender. If fresh, boil some water and remove
from stove. Put tomatillos in water for 15 minutes until soft. Then add to
