INSTRUCTIONS
Here are two garlic soup recipes from The Stinking Cookbook
In a large pot, melt the butter and saute the green garlic. Add the
potatoes and chicken stock. Cover and bring to a simmer. Cook for 30
minutes Puree he soup in a blender or food processor and pass through a
fine strainer. Season with salt and pepper; add cream. Serve with garlic
croutons.
