Italian Fondue 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

6 Fillets anchovies
3 Green onions; cut up
6 Sprigs italian parsley
8 Blades of fresh chives
1/2 ts Dried taragon
2 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Tarragon vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Place anchovies, green onion, parlsey and chives into a food processor or
blender and chop finely. Add mayo and blend. Stir in vinegar.
Makes 2 1/2 C
