INSTRUCTIONS
Peel, seed and grate mango. In a medium bowl, combine mango, bean
sprouts, and grated carrot. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl
and combine with mango mixture. Per serving: 76.9 calories; 0.3 g fat
(3% calories from fat); 1.7 g protein; 19.3 g carbohydrate; 0 mg
