INSTRUCTIONS
Shell green peas. Heat oil. Add peas; stir-fry 1 minute. Then stir in
catsup, sherry, sugar and salt. Add stock and heat quickly. Add
deep-fried chicken pieces. Simmer, covered, to heat through; then
