INSTRUCTIONS
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium high heat. Saut. onion about 4
minutes, stirring, until softened. Stir in stock and next 4 ingredients and
bring to a boil over high heat. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and simmer
about 8 minutes, until potatoes are dissolved. Transfer to a food processor
or blender and coarsely pur.e. Return pur.e to saucepan. Stir in milk and
season with salt and pepper to taste. Place over medium heat until hot.
Serve sprinkled with ham.
