INGREDIENTS

24 lg Pepper, chopped
12 md Onion,chopped
Cover with boiling water let stand for
5 minutes and then drain
2 c Vinegar
2 c Sugar
3 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and add to the pepper mixture and boil 5
minutes. Put into jars. If using smaller peppers use 3-4 to one onion
