INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle crumbs in bottom of unbaked crust. Peel tomatoes by blanching in
boiling water and slipping the skins off. Combine tomatoes, sugar, lemon
juice and zest, spices, flour, and tapioca. Place in crust over crumbs.Top
with crust, bake 375 degrees 35-40 minutes until crust is golde
