INGREDIENTS

3 lb Green tomatoes, chopped (about 7 cups)
2 md Onions, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 lg 6-ounce green bell pepper
1 c Cider vinegar
6 tb Honey
1 ts Celery seed
1/2 ts Cinnaom
1 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop vegetables by hand or in a food processor. Combine with rest of
ingredients ina 3 quart pot and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 20
minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into sterilized half-pint or pint
jars, leaving 1/4 - 1/2 inch space at top. Process in a steam canner or
boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
makes 4-1/2 pints
