INGREDIENTS

1 md Zucchini
10 fl Oz ff plain yoghurt
1 Clove garlic (or more)
1 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Dried basil
x Salt and fresh ground black
Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Just liquidize the whole lot and serve. It's also great on baked potatoes.
