INGREDIENTS

2 Chopped spinach or mustard
greens or fresh greens
3 up to
4 Cloves garlic
1/4 lb Bacon bits, optional
1/4 c Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
1 Lemon, juice of

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil greens in small amount of salted water. Drain thoroughly; mash
garlic, add lemon juice and oil. Combine greens and bacon. Place in a
casserole dish -- sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top. Cook in 350
degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Can be made in advance and frozen.
