INSTRUCTIONS
Found this and clipped it awhile back. It caught my interest, because I
never used it this herb blend. I think it came from Ladies Home Journal.
Gremolata is a herb blend and an instant flavor booster. It terrific
stirred into soups and stews (all you need is few teaspoonfuls). Its
origins can be traced to the Lombardy region of Italy, where it has long
been included in the classic dish Osso Buco.
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Yield: 1/4 cup
