INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl combine butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and
nutmeg.
Prepare a charcoal grill for indirect medium-heat cooking, or prepare a gas
grill for medium-low heat.
Place the prepared apples on the grill grate and brush with the prepared
sauce. If you prefer, place a foil tin on the grill to reduce the dripping
and potential flare-ups from the butter on the grill.
Grill for about 30 minutes or until tender, turning and brushing with the
sauce at least twice. Serve warm; it's fantastic plain or served with ice
cream or whipped cream.
